This form is for incoming families who have been invited to register - it requires a password.

Please note the following before applying:

ADMISSIONS TIMELINE: Our admissions process completes by the end of February each year when all the spaces for the upcoming September are filled.

WAIT LIST: Occasionally, a space becomes available during the school year. This space can be filled by a family who is on our waitlist.

Pre-K AGE REQUIREMENT: Children must be at least 30 months of age upon entrance to the pre-K program and 36 months by December 31st of the year of entrance.

Pre-K/K TOILETING INDEPENDENCE: To attend our program, children must be fully toilet trained and able to use the washroom independently.

Our registration fee is $200 and non-refundable unless we cannot seat your child.

 Here are some tips before you start:

Gather important phone numbers and addresses, in addition to your own contact information you will need:

  • One emergency contact name, address and phone numbers.
  • The name and phone numbers of all individuals who have permission to pick-up your child from school
  • Your child’s doctor and dentist’s name and phone numbers
  • Your child’s Medical Services Plan number

If possible please also have the following handy:

  • A digital full face photo of your child
  • A digital copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • A digital copy of your child’s immunization records
  • A digital copy of your photo ID

If you do not have these items at hand to upload to the form, you can email, mail, or bring them to the school office for us to copy.
