Founded in 1985 by the Meadow Montessori School Society, Meadow Montessori School is an exceptional, affordable alternative offering Preschool and Elementary (K – 5), including half-day kindergarten. We are a non-profit independent school teaching the full BC curriculum with highly trained Montessori specialists. The Society is an elected Board of parents enthusiastically involved in children’s lives making Meadow Montessori a community that cares. At Meadow Montessori, preschool and elementary children learn at their own pace through guided exploration. Learning from their personal experiences, they own the knowledge they have gained. Independence, confidence, self-discipline and a love of learning are qualities that distinguish Montessori students.
